I am making a report in Microsoft access and I need help.

I am making a database for school. It consists of a query and a report. I am making the report and having trouble. I inserted a page break on my report to make a new page, however in print preview it doesn't show my data on the second page on my report. How do I fix that? Also how do I download the entire database to my computer when I am ready to turn in my project. I need to be able to download the Microsoft access database and upload it to "Canvas" which is what my school uses.
