Hello. When delegating mailbox, full access, access via web interface( owa ) sometimes appears with delays.

What does it depend on ? What service is responsible for this ? How often is the update ? How to force the update ?

    Hi,

Based on your description, in my personal experience, I think it could be the following:

    1. The size of the mailbox and the amount of data to be loaded (e.g., large e-mails or a large number of attachments) may affect the loading time.
    2. If the Exchange server or related back-end services are processing a large number of requests, this can lead to performance degradation and response delays.
    3. OWA or client browser caching may cause delays, and it is recommended that you consult your browser's cache.
    4. Network delays or instability may affect communication with the Exchange server.

In general, occasional delays are normal and do not require any updates. But if the delay is bound to occur in a particular situation, there may be some other problems. If so, please provide more information and I will be happy to help you more!

Please feel free to contact me for any updates.
