After updating my Windows 11, I've encountered several issues. Firstly, my system is experiencing prolonged loading times, and application software is not functioning correctly. Additionally, the refresh option is not working as expected. Moreover, there is a pending update notification for the "2024-04 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5036980)," yet I am unable to initiate the update process.
Have we tried to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter? To do this, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter.
