Hi,

During creating the newsletter with Sway, I was notified that: New video and audio uploads will be discontinued May 15, 2024. We recommend that you embed video and audio files by following the instructions at Embed content in your Sway.

I have followed all the steps, and embedded the video successfully from my Sharepoint, however when I share the Newsletter to me colleagues, they cannot watch the video and have to request the access to the video, although I have already changed the access to "everyone in my organization". Can you help me with this?

    Hi Ly Duong,

Thank you for contacting us on Microsoft Q&A forum.

Microsoft announced that new video and audio uploads will be discontinued May 15, 2024. But no worries, previous sways will not get affected but only the newly created ones after May 15th. We recommend that you embed video and audio files by following the instructions at Embed content in your Sway.

__Note: __If you paste a URL (web address) as your embed code, it must contain the secure prefix https:// instead of http:// or your selected content will not be embedded.

You can create a support ticket on the Microsoft Community for any additional Sway-related support and continue the extended discussion.
