Unable to see tomorrow's appointment under Assistant section on the right side of the screen

I am going through Exercise: Manage customers and activities and on of the tasks is to complete the Appointment as follows:

  • Subject: Meeting with Jackson
  • Start Time: Tomorrow at 10:00 AM
  • End Time: Tomorrow at 11:00 AM

After creating the above appointment and refreshing the screen, I couldn't see this appointment under the Assistant on the right side of the screen. However, after I created another appointment for today, Date: 05/02/2024 Time: 2:00pm, I could see it under Upcoming appointment but the time in the Assistant section is different to the time in the Timeline for the appointment.

    Hello, @Namz

I can see your query please see information below and follow step-by-step to resolve your query.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Time Zone Settings: Ensure that your system’s time zone settings are correct. Discrepancies in time zones can lead to appointments showing up at different times than expected see here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/dollartreecompass/all/solved-ms-teams-displays-the-wrong-time-timezone/12bc5b2a-160d-4f0b-b6c5-14fac461fd35.

Clear Cache: Sometimes, clearing the browser or application cache can resolve display issues. Try clearing the cache and then refreshing the screen to see if the appointment appears correctly.

Restart the Application: Close and reopen the application where you’re managing the appointments. This can often resolve temporary glitches.

Update the Software: Make sure that the software you’re using for scheduling is up-to-date. Software updates often contain bug fixes that can resolve issues like the one you’re experiencing.

Use PowerShell Command: If you’re comfortable with advanced troubleshooting, you can use the PowerShell command Get-CalendarDiagnosticObjects to diagnose calendar-related issues. This command can help identify and resolve problems with calendar entries.

Remember to back up any important data before making significant changes to your system or software settings. I hope these steps help you resolve the appointment display issue!

I hope my suggestion is helpful for you. If you have any query please tell me.

    Best Regard,
    Nicholas185
