Hello, @Ewa !
What should I do if my Azure Cloud Services migration appears to have been successful but I can't see the migrated resources?
There is a list of known issues with migrating Cloud Services (classic) to Cloud Services (extended support), however this doesn't stand out as a straightforward match. There are a couple things to try:
- It's possible that you need to rerun validate and prepare operation to get back to the original migration state. This would address a known issue where the Azure portal cannot read the migration state after a browser refresh.
- If it is related to roles, coadministrators should be
Account admin
but that should have been part of the migration process.
If not, we'll need to take a closer look at your resources to determine exactly what is causing this. Please email the following to AzCommunity@microsoft.com and we'll get back to you promptly:
- Subject: "Attn: kobulloc - Cloud Services classic migration"
- Email body: Your Subscription ID
- Email body: A link to this thread so we can validate and expedite the request
If you don't receive a response within 24 hours, please reply to the thread so we can investigate.
I hope this has been helpful! Your feedback is important so please take a moment to accept answers.
