Hello, I am trying to start a runbook but am getting the following error

Start-AzAutomationRunbook : {"Message":"You have reached the limit of allowed JobsByName API calls. Please retry after..."

This Automation Account only has a single runbook that I have not used in a few weeks. I tried looking up if this was some kind of tier issue, but I don't see tier on the Automation Account as an option. Is that a subscription setting? Do all the Automation accounts share the "free" 500 minutes per month?

Figured it out. There was throttling happening at the subscription level. The error is not very clear about exactly why it was failing.

To find this I started to open a ticket via the support area in the portal. That runs the Subscription throttling diagnostic which found the issue and the calls being made.
