Auto time zone issue

Hi,

In my environment, I have observed that users are facing an issue with the auto time zone setting. They change the time zone manually, but after a restart, the old time zone is displayed again. My goal is to ensure that the user's time zone doesn't revert back after a manual change, even after a restart. Currently, I have noticed that there is an auto time zone policy applied in my Intune, but I'm not sure if this is causing the problem. Please suggest what could be causing the user's machine time to automatically change back, whether there is a policy causing this or if we can identify the reason through logs or registry.

    1,Per my experience, it may be something to do with the location services. You can try to create a security group for the users in that location and push a static time zone to them. Similar threads for your reference:

    2,Please check if you have set the “Configure Time Zone” option under Settings Catalog -> Time language settings policy to change time zone. Refer to:
