How to fix error while installing minispy filter driver on my windows10 notebook

I compiled it in VS2022 and even created a cat file, but an error occurs when I try to install it.
The meaning of the error is "There was a problem adding the driver to the repository".
Attached file is "minispy.inf" actually.
And my OS is windows 10 ver 22H2, build 19045.4291.
