WORD 2019|365 - How to activate dictation on smartphone

Hello! I tried Dictation on Word 2019|365 documents a month ago and everything was functioning alright. However, when I attempted to do the same today, I couldn't find the microphone-like button appearing on the screen. I have enabled the audio of the device. That's the case in my smartphone, whereas my computer is fine. What should I do? Thank you.
