Create Cosmos DB for MongoDB cluster

Hi guys, I keep getting this error while creating Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB although there no place to config the previewFeatures when creating Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB on Azure Portal

    Hi you are trying to create a Free tier which is limited to only single region Southeast Asia, currently Southeast Asia has capacity issue and we will re enable this by Tomorrow. You can try after that, if you want to create a cluster you can use Azure CLI and create a free tier account in East US, East US2

    @Hung Nguyen Yes I got the same issue from the portal as Sajeerharan mentioned please use CLI for your deployment here is the example, I was able to successfully deploy with CLI.
