As I understand, you want to access MySQL DB.

Could you please let us know below:

1). The Database in question is Azure Database for MySQL or On-premise DB?

2). If DB is on Azure, what is the configuration of the DB?

3). Also share network settings in place for it?

Hi Shakti Singh. Thanks to respond on my query.

I have created Virtual Machine and then i install My Sql Server and Work bench on it just like we do in our local system. Now i want to access created Mysql databases on my local machine (means out of network). I use rdp ip as public ip in my local workbench system but it not working. I have not created this database in Azure Myssql portal. but i have create in azure virtual machine.

Recheck your credentials, Firewall settings, port, NSG etc if correct.

Use the latest MySQL Workbench version and retry.
