Save as PDF in MS Word

Last week approx 05/07/24 Save as pdf in MS Word started making blurred .pdf's

There was a recent update to Adobe over that weekend (which may be coincidental) But before this I could create a document in Word File > Save as > name file and change it to .pdf and it would create a crisp image. Now the image is blurry.

I can still get a crisper image if I print as pdf or if I  Save as a Adobe PDF from the file menu. It just no longer produces a clear image when I do a Save as.

I have checked that I am using all of the optimized settings and nothing is being compressed. Any thoughts?

    Hi @Barry Coleman

Does this issue occur with all images?

When you save documents as PDF, please click "More options" > tick the box of "Optimize for image quality".

    User's image

Besides, please go Word > File > Account > Product Information, check the update version and share with us.
