Can't access to my organisation and account

There is a professionnal account with my own email, and it means there is a professionnal organisation with my domain.
It's my own domain, and there are only 2 emails address on this domain, and i use these 2 emails and i am the only one user (any body else use those 2 email).
When i try to log in with my email, microsoft ask me if i want to use my personal account or my professional account.
When i select personal, i have any problem. I can put my password or use microsoft authenticator.
when i select profesionnal account, microsoft ask me to approv the connection on microsoft authenticator.
BUT, i can't add this account to microsoft authenticator.
if i click on try with an other solution, i need to put a code which is provide by authenticator too...

What can i do to access to my own organisation without authenticator?

All my accounts are free, i'm not using microsoft solution which need to be paid, only free versions (teams,...)

    In your Azure tenant if you can log in with the other account, you can go to Authentication Methods and select the methods available for the users on the tenant:

    Also, make sure that security defaults are disabled and authenticator is not being enforced via SSPR settings or conditional access settings. https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/concept-fundamentals-security-defaults

    If you have sspr set up on the account already you can go to aka.ms/ssprsetup and add a different sign-in method to your account. You can also go to aka.ms/mfasetup

    thanks @MarileeTurscak but i can't access to my azur desktop. when i try to access to my azur desktop, with edge on my laptop,
    i put my email as my ID
    i put my pwd
    As ID/PWD are ok, then i need to validate my connection with authenticator by using my smartphone
    i launch authenticator on my smarthphone,
    click on add account (i haven't this account already on my interface)
    select professionnal account
    and then i need to flash a qrcode, but on my laptop i have any qrcode

    FYI : i change my smartphone few weeks ago. I don't remember if i had already configure my professionnal account into authenticator on my prevevious smartphone.
    FYI2 : i use only free version with my professionnal account (teams). I'm alone in my own company

    and if i use the 2 links below your message i have a window into my bowser that ask me to launch authenticator to reply to a notification.
    But I can't add my account into authenticator because it asks me a QR code and i have any QR code for it.
    ...
    Usually, i have to call the helpdesk of my company. But, as i'm alone, i'm the user, the administrator, the helpdesk, the IT dept,... ;)

    I'm blocked... Could you find form me how to exit ? or, how can i ask to Microsoft directly to unblock my situation?
