As the title says, I can't create an Azure Database for PostgreSQL in West Europe because it gives this error. Nearest one would be France South. My fist question is, is this fixable, or any reason for this that I can change and haven't figured out yet? My follow up question is, in case this can't be fixed and am forced to create it on France South, what would be the implications of having the database on France South and the rest (frontend, backend, virtual network) on West Europe?

This could be a capacity issue because of the demand on the specific region which can be whitelisted based on your subscription when you create a support ticket.

So @GeethaThatipatri-MSFT when could I create it on West Europe? I am unable to create it on France South as I also have the Virtual Network resource deployed on West Europe and I get this error:
Version 14. The error of deployment on France South was not of deploying Azure Database for PostgreSQL but rather for the Virtual Network.
@Iñigo Paños Basterra I don't see any issues deploying in France South, what version you are trying to deploy?

@Iñigo Paños Basterra This seems to be quota related issue on your subscription which can be resolved by raising a support case.
