I’m trying to publish create cert on my webbrowser. uwp app through windows app cert kit app is not in the list I went to browse details are in screenshots Is this correct how to do it?

According to the document Validate your Windows app using the Windows App Certification Kit interactively.

If the app that you want to test is not listed, you can click on My app isn't listed to get a comprehensive list of all apps installed on your system.

You can follow the instructions in the documentation.
