Are these encrypted stored on SharePoint online or OneDrive?
- I suggest you close all Office apps, delete the account keychain.
- Then open one Office app, such as Excel, and re-sign in account.
- Sign into SharePoint online or OneDrive online, open these files from desktop app for a check.
Besides, where did you get the newest version of Office for Mac? Please change the installation file.
