I couldn't reproduce this issue in my environment. May I know how did you create the issue view, is there any difference between the issue view and normal view?
What happened to the additional options in my List settings?
I have several different views set up in a List on my SharePoint site, and the Settings page for one view looks like this:
And the Settings page for another view looks like this:

Iʼve really been pulling my hair out over this one. Neither view is the Default view, neither view has grouping by a column, etc. The former includes Tabular View, Group By, Style, and Mobile options, while the latter is simply missing those 4 options, with no apparent rhyme or reason for it, and seemingly no way to fix it. Iʼve been upside down and backward through all the settings that seem like they can relate to it, and I canʼt find anyone else reporting the same issue either. All help appreciated.
