Hi,
our Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server is stuck in restarting state.
We noticed to late that storage is utilized 100% and now we can’t increase the instance or do any modifications.
We can't even delete it, it just states that it is in restarting state.
What can I do about it?

Increasing the storage size of the server might not be possible if the server is stuck in a restarting state. try restart the server using CLI if still in restart state I would recommend opening a support case to fix this issue.
To prevent this issue in the future, consider enabling storage auto grow on the server. This will automatically increase the storage size when it starts to fill up.

I already tried to stop, restart and resize the DB via CLI but it also gives me error messages telling that the DB is not ready to handle my request.
Where do I open that support ticket? Do I need to have a support plan for this?
