For reasons unknown to the developer of the addin, store.office.com is opening a document from addinstemplate on my system.

For reasons unknown to the developer of the addin, store.office.com is opening a document called "Excel-to-Word-Document-Automation.docx" from their addinstemplate folder on my system. The addin is NOT installed on my system. Installing the addin and uninstalling it does NOT stop the document from opening.

I never actually see the document. It just appears at the top of my Word's recent document list. Very annoyingly it often opens just as a I try to click on the first document in the list so I wind up opening this unwanted document instead. I also don't know if the document remains open invisibly or just opens and closes before I see it.

The developer of the Excel-to-Word-Document-Automation addin says he has 10,000+ users and he has never seen this problem before. I'm trying to develop my own addin and this document opening randomly may be interfering with my code. I would like to eliminate that possibility. Thanks in advance for any help.
