How to share a SharePoint site that will allow the user to view and print the files, but will block downloads and editing?

The idea is to share the entire site to a group of users, this user should be able to read and print the files directly from the web, but they should not be able to download the files or edit them.

I recently obtain the SharePoint Advanced Management license but I haven't been able to accomplish what I need so far.

Issue Summary:

View file => Ok

Print files => Ok

Edit files => Block

Download files => Block

    Per my knowledge, SharePoint doesn't come with a document printing feature, which method are you using?

    If you want to share a SharePoint site that will allow the user to view the files, but will block downloads and editing. You can grant this group the “View Only” permission.
