Partner Center Add-on StoreListings Language Pages Never Load

In Microsoft Partner Center, the pages of individual languages (under Add-on/Store Listings) never loads. When I one clicks on a newly added language (e.g.: English), the page never loads. Path: Home > Apps and games > MY_APP_NAME > Add-ons > MY_ADD_ON_ID. After clicking on a submission, the "Store listings" section shows up, but clicking on any language navigates to a blank page.

Can someone please confirm and help me finding a way to report this to Microsoft. I am blocked and can't carry on development.

    I found a workaround. Export the listings as .csv. Populate the .csv, the default column and the one of your locale/language. (Specifying or uploading a picture doesn't work and is probably the root of the issue). Then import the .csv. It should work and mark as complete.Hopefully, this will get fixed soon.
