Hi
I'm setting up office web apps multi farm server with https. Master machine is in Local zone and other machine will be in DMZ zone. While adding machine to farm getting this error.
New-OfficeWebAppsMachine : An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to
http://owap.example.com:809/farmstatemanager/FarmStateManager.svc. This could be due to the service endpoint
binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server
(possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details.

The error message you received while adding a machine to the Office Web Apps farm could be due to a few reasons, such as the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol or an HTTP request context being aborted by the server. You should check the server logs for more details. I can't see your logs here. Additionally, make sure that all servers in the Office Web Apps Server farm are joined to a domain and are part of the same organizational unit (OU).
