Go to Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
Ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on.
If you don’t see your network, scroll down the list and select a network.
If prompted for a network password, enter it and select Next.
Restart HoloLens and Router:
Restart your HoloLens by turning it off and then on again.
Move closer to the router or access point.
Restart your Wi-Fi router as well.
Verify Network Type:
Confirm that your network is either an open, password-protected network, or a captive portal network.
Ensure the network doesn’t require a certificate for connection.
Firmware Update
Verify that your router is using the latest firmware. Check the manufacturer’s website for updates.
