Are there any error messages when you cannot open PDF files?
- If you use Adobe Reader DC to open PDF files, please go to "Preferences", uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" box for a check.
Is the OneDrive PC folder a local OneDrive sync folder or a mapped network drive folder?
- If it is a sync folder, please try to reset OneDrive for a check.
