Appeal to Reactivate Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription account
Dear Account Management Team at 365 Development,
About a year ago, I successfully created an account with the email: Bao1@4t6my6.onmicrosoft.com. However, after a period of operation, my business encountered difficulties and had to cease operations. Now, we are resuming our activities. Unfortunately, when I logged into the Microsoft 365 Admin app, I found that my account has been unlicensed.
As a newly re-established business with limited financial resources, having those 25 accounts for my employees is a significant advantage. I kindly request that Microsoft reissue the licenses for the account: Bao1@4t6my6.onmicrosoft.com.
