External One Drive Sharing for one user.

There is a request by one user that he want to share his one drive externally with one external domain.

The current setting is new and existing guests and also some domains are allowed under more external sharing setting, alongwith exception provided to a group in which users are added who can share one drive externally.

My question how can i only give the access to that specific user to share one drive with that external domain all users.

If I will add that domain under allowed domains, all other users will also be able to share the one drive with that domain.

and if I will add that user in that group, he will be able to share one drive with all external domains. Creating all guest users of that external domain is also not feasible.

    According to your description, I understand that you want to enable external sharing for a specific user to a specific domain, right?

    As per my knowledge, I'm afraid it is currently not supported in SharePoint. We can only limit external sharing to specific users (security groups) or several specific domains, but we can not restrict to a specific user and a specific domain.
