Copying to Outlook email signature from Word changes the format

I am trying to copy an email signature from Word to Outlook (email signature), but when it is copied, the images do not show and the format is totally different. What can I do, as I have tried different methods to fix this and it is not working.

    Based on my research and test, i found the Signatures in Word and Outlook are not universal. So i'm afraid the you need to create a signature in Outlook manually. More information: Create an email signature in Outlook.

    Which Outlook version are you using? If the issue happens in the New Outlook for Windows or in Outlook on the web, you might have fallen victim to the issue where Outlook automatically changes your email signature's styles, destroying the signature in the process. The solution is not obvious - it seems that if you drag & drop a signature instead of copy & pasting, the source formatting remains.

    If the issue happens on the classic Outlook, then the issue is probably caused by the invisible formatting added by Word. Word is not a reliable source of HTML email signatures.

    Either way, designing an HTML email signature is much easier and more reliable using a dedicated signature generator. And this one lets you create signatures completely free of charge: https://mail-signatures.com/signature-generator
