Hi,

I am using Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Servers, I cannot create database in pgAdmin due to missing privileges for pg_default tablespace.

I cannot find that in documentation, could you confirm that creating databases are possible only in Azure Portal / CLI / PS but not via SQL script?
