Can find the Power automate SharePoint test site for module Getting Started with Power Automate Unit 4

Can anyone tell me how to access the test sharepoint site for unit 4 of the Getting started with Power Automate Module?

My org doesn't let me create a new file in our sharepoint site and I can't seem to access the one that the module says is available.....
