Steps to Access the Test SharePoint Site
1.Review the "Getting Started with Power Automate" training module for specific instructions to access the test SharePoint site. Ensure you follow any additional guidance provided in the module.
2.Contact your IT or SharePoint admin to request access to the test SharePoint site from the module. They can grant temporary access or suggest an alternative site for testing.
3.Use a personal Microsoft account to create a free SharePoint site by signing up for a Microsoft 365 Free Trial. This will enable you to perform your Power Automate exercises.
4.You can find public SharePoint sites online to learn Power Automate by searching for “public SharePoint templates for learning Power Automate.”
Creating a SharePoint Site in Microsoft 365
If using a personal Microsoft account to create a site, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to Office 365 at Office.com using your Microsoft account.
- Access SharePoint by clicking on the SharePoint app in the top-left corner (the grid icon).
- Select Create site and specify the type (Communication site), then follow the prompts to set it up.
