This is a known issue reason being RedHat images was incorrectly removed from the supported list ahead of the End of Life for Redhat RHEL 7 machines. End of life for RHEL 7 is 30th June.

Currently, the deployment to re-add the images to the supported list is currently in progress and it should be globally complete by the 31st May 2024. It’s a progressive restoration so more regions will light up with this day by day.

In addition, you can follow below document on how you can continue to get patches from RedHat following the retirement of earlier RHEL versions
