I've included all the required libraries in the requirements.txt file, and the deployment was successful. However, the website is not loading. When I check the application logs, it shows that a module was not found.

@Jaswanth , Apologies for the delayed response. I understand you have reviewed the logs and performed several steps to isolate the issue.

Based on my understanding of your issue , the ModuleNotFoundError will typically present itself where the module/package you’re importing is missing. Either it was never defined in requirements.txt, deployment was done but package installation was never done to produce site-packages, or the library is there and the package installation was done - but it’s dependent on a native library (.so files) that is not available in the container.

Just to highlight, Python on App Service Linux uses Oryx’s build logic to look for a requirements.txt in the codebase being deployed. One of the more simple scenarios for this to happen is forgetting to include a package that’s actually being referenced in code within the requirements.txt file.

1.Review and change your requirements.txt to include the missing package reference and the test.

2.If you are doing a Zip Deploy, your packages should be installed by the remote builder, which is Oryx, the App Setting SCM_DO_BUILD_DURING_DEPLOYMENT set to true must be added.

3.Ensure your Virtual Environment is included. After this, add a Startup File under /home/startup.sh

4.Review if you may have imported a module with incorrect spelling ( case sensitivity).

5.Importing from an incorrect path
