How do i stop my PC from getting the error code "BAD_POOL_CALLER" when connected to eduroam?

Hello,
whenever I am at my university and connect my PC to the eduroam wifi, there is a chance that my PC will crash and get the error code "BAD_POOL_CALLER". This happens about 1-2 times a day. However, when I'm connected to my wifi at home or at friend's homes there is no problem at all.
How do i stop my PC from crashing and getting that error code?
