I have been signed up to Visual Studio Dev Essentials for a year or so.
I am also in the Microsoft 365 Developer Program.

My E5 subscription has expired I don't see any option to create a new one?

I see the option to delete profile however it says my subscription has already been deleted.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

Microsoft recently made some changes to the developer program, as detailed here: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/stay-ahead-of-the-game-with-the-latest-updates-to-the-microsoft-365-developer-program/comment-page-3/

TL;DR, you need an active VS Enterprise subscription to qualify for a M365 dev tenant.
