Microsoft Partner Center verification keeps rejecting Employment verification step

Please help with understanding the verification process for Microsoft Partner Center. The verification team keeps rejecting the "Employment verification" step with an explanation - "we identified that the documents do not match the information you entered for your account".

I have kindly asked for providing the details about exact differences and what needs to be changed and how, but there were the same rejects even after providing more and more documents.

Is it possible to schedule an appointment with the support to clarify the details? I have raised a support, ticket a few days ago, but there is no response and appointment also not available - "Not available for this support request."

Please explain me how could I got detailed support and fix this issue?
