I am unable to connect to a Hyper-V virtual machine on my new Windows 11 Pro computer. Despite enabling virtualization in the BIOS, the error message "Cannot Connect to the Virtual Machine" persists when I try to connect. I can see the machine boot up in the Hyper-V Manager window, and I have created both internal and external switches. I have attempted multiple operating systems without success. Can someone suggest troubleshooting steps for this issue?
