GPO mail signatures problem

We apply e-mail signature to our users via gpo. However, in 30 percent of cases, the e-mail signature file arrives corrupted when the computer is started and therefore the signatures do not work. We are waiting for your help on this issue.

For better research, I would like to know what are the specific steps you have to apply the GPO to set up the signature? Are all the client versions the same for the users with this issue?
