OneNote doesn't sync my notes

Hi, I use OneNote for a year and I allways have troubles with synchronization of my notes. Now I need to reinstall OS, so I need to backup all my notes in OneNote. If I start the synchronization I can see progress bar, but in the task manager, I see that OneNote sending no data, just using RAM and hard disk. The synchronization never ends and there are no more synchronized notes at the cloud. Could you help me please?

    Did you use the correct account to sync Notebooks in OneNote?

    I suggest you check if the steps of syncing Notebooks is correct, refer to this support article:

    Then you can go to OneNote for web and check if the Notebooks sync successfully.

    Hi, thank you for your help. I have hopefully found the solution. There are PDF files and there are the problem of the synchronization, maybe their size. I deleted this partition and now I try it again. Thank you for your help

    Go to File > Options > Sync, and check the box next to Sync notebooks automatically. Press OK to save and exit the options window. Now, the notebook will update when changes are made. Close and reopen OneNote
