@Ming Cheung, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For your questions, here are my answers for your reference:

Q1 What is the different of Android Personal-owed devices with work profile and Corporate-owned devices with work profile? I tried both, but they also have tab for separating apps, just the installation are different, but the features looks the same.

A1 In Fact, corporate devices unlock more device management capabilities than personal devices. For example, Microsoft Intune can collect more information about corporate-owned devices for you, such as full phone number and app inventory.

Q2 the Corporate owned dedicated devices, it said it is kiosk mode, but I tried it still has the "settings"

A2 Corporate owned dedicated enrollment are mainly for shared devices. But if you want to set kiosk mode with single app or multi app, we need to configure additional device restriction profile to set it. Here is a blog list the detailed steps to do this.

**Q3 **Any feature to lock the screen (in case user change anything), like Windows Kiosk mode?

A3 When you configure the Android kiosk which in the above blog, it can only disappear the apps you add in kiosk mode and user can't add it manually.

Q4 Does iPad can lock all the things like Windows Kiosk mode? thanks

A4 iOS also has the kiosk mode to lock app to uses. Here is a blog for your reference.

Hope the above information can help.
