Problema para acessar a conta

Estou tentando acessar a minha conta de estudante do teams pelo celular, mas infelizmente não estou conseguindo. Quando tento fazer o login é solicitado um código do authenticator, porém ao acessar o authenticator também é solicitado um outro código, porém não consigo nem logar a conta no authenticator.

Qual seria a solução?

It is recommended that you go to the "Additional Security Verification" page: Under "Security Information", delete the authenticator.

You can also sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using your administrator credentials and follow the steps below to turn off Authenticator.

Go to the Users > Active Users page.
Select the user account for which you want to turn off Authenticator validation.
In the user details pane, click the Manage Multi-Factor Authentication link.
In the Multi-Factor Authentication page, select the user account again.
In the right pane, click the Disable link next to the Authenticator App option.

O problema persiste pois não consigo alterar nada, porque não tenho acesso a conta.
