Hello Ankit Mishra,
It look like the Azure Site Recovery (ASR) appliance is unable to access a specific directory on the server you’re trying to add.
Here are a few things you could check:
- Firewall or Network Restrictions: Check if there are any firewall rules or network restrictions that might be preventing the ASR appliance from accessing the directory.
- Verify that the server firewall is not blocking the port 9443 as mention the message. This could be the problem if you already have other server working fine.
- If there is a firewall between ASR appliance and the server the port 9443 is enable
- Permissions: Ensure that the ASR appliance has the necessary permissions to access the directory in question. The account used by the ASR appliance needs to have read and write access to this directory.
- Make sure that your ASR appliance and all related components are up-to-date
