Hi, i wanna ask some help.

For the past two weeks, I've been experiencing issues with Microsoft Word. It can no longer automatically number lists (the number 1, 2, ...) and whenever I try to use numbering formats or adjust the indent of my numbered lists or saving my document, it always changes the numbering format of other lists in my document without my intention. Can you help me with this problem?

    Hi @Muhammad Satar Kusuma

Does this issue occur with all Word documents?

I suggest you click on Tools > AutoCorrect Options, ensure the Automatic bulleted lists and Automatic numbered lists checkboxes are selected.

Please also make sure Office for Mac is updated to the latest.

If the steps do not work, you may recreate the Normal.dotm for Word to have a look.

    • Quit all Office applications.
    • Open Finder and go to ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content/Templates. (Shift+Command+g).
    • Find the Normal.dotm and move it to Desktop. (Word will rebuild it).
    • Launch Word to check whether you can create a document, and then check this issue.
