How to resize the Azure DISK OS szire

We want to export the windows image from azure to tencent cloud, but the Image size is 127G,

I want to reduce the OS disk size from 127G to 60G, can anyone help me to resize the OS disk.

    You can use resize2fs for Linux or Disk Management for Windows to resize the file system.

    Resizing the OS disk of an Azure virtual machine (VM) involves several steps. Directly reducing the size of an existing Azure OS disk is not supported. Instead, you can create a new smaller OS disk by following these steps:

    Shrink the Volume within the OS: Shrink the volume size within the Windows OS to ensure the actual data size is less than the desired new disk size.

    Create a Snapshot: Create a snapshot of the OS disk.

    Create a New Managed Disk: Create a new managed disk from the snapshot with the desired smaller size.

    Create a New VM: Create a new VM using the new managed disk.
