How to create outlook addin for mobile that links to my custom app

Hi, I’m new to the community.

I would like to create an outlook add-in for mobile that is loaded on the attendee appointment view, reads the appointment location value and links to my custom app.

I found the log appointment details use case a bit relevant but wondering if it’s feasible to achieve my scenario.
