Visio Shapes panel not showing

Hi All,

The Visio Shapes panel not working, I have tried open from View>> Task Panes >> shapes but still not showing shapes panel. Please advise any work around to open panel?

    Could you provide a screenshot about the problem in Visio?

    I suggest you try to repair Visio:

    And make sure the Visio is upgraded to the latest version.
