I created a Cloud Service (extended support) using my test account last month, and everything seemed to be working fine. However, when I tried to use my real account to create a Cloud Service (extended support), I encountered an issue where the DNS name could not be used. This is very frustrating. I am unable to set the DNS name label for the public IP address even after deleting all the resources I had created. The DNS name can only be used with my test account. Can someone explain why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

In fact, my supervisor seems to have resolved the issue; we just don't know which resource was occupying the DNS name label at the time.

Yes, i had solve this problem after deleted the cloud service (classic), the DNS name label became usable in the cloud service (extend support). But is it really because of the possibility of an upgrade cloud service (extend support) , leading to IP reservation, that the DNS name label couldn't be used when i create a new cloud service (extend support)?Hope have some document can explains it.
