Upgrade failure when try to upgrade KB5030329 on Windows Server 2012 R2

Symptom:

This machine is installed with windows Server2012 R2, and the latest Microsoft patch cannot be updated, and the system reports an error as below:

In Event Viewer reports the error "Windows update could not be installed because of error 2149842999..."

Double-click the patch to install the error "Installer encountered an error: 0x80240037".

When trying to click Update in the Control Panel in Windows Update is the error "Unsupported hardware", see below:

Antivirus issue (uninstalled), a policy issue (confirming that the policy is not restricted) have been checked and no abnormal for these two aspects.

Would like to check if this is due to CPU model is not supported for the latest OS patch package?

    Thanks for the feedback. There is another question, the server that configured this E2124 CPU, the windows server 2012 R2 we installed at the beginning, was indeed installed with an old version at that time, and it could be used normally when installed, and it has been used for many years, and it was no problem when updating the patch in 2021. So the failure error means is the current patch not supported by E2124, is there a link to it?
