I cannot access my microsoft apps on my ipad after downloading the authenticator app

I downloaded the Authenticator app and now I cannot access my files or save new files on PowerPoint specifically. Every time I log in, I am redirected to the authentication app, which loads for a second and then completely shuts everything down,
