After successfully logging on to Azure AI Document Intelligent Studio, why is there no form recognizer found?

Is there a current issue with Read document analysis in AzureAI Document Intelligent Studio? I tried multiple times after successfully logging on with my Azure credentials and setting up my Azure resource. The returned message is "Form Recognizer Could Not be Found".

I did not have this issue several days ago.

After providing the necessary details, the service opened successfully.
