Bing resources are suspended for the subscription

When deploying the Bing Web Search API, I always encounter the error: InternalServerError. The returned result is:

{"status":"Failed","error":{"code":"Suspended","message":"Bing resources are suspended for the subscription"}}

How should I solve this problem? Thank you!

    To reactivate the Subscription, if you have an Azure support plan, please submit a support request through Azure portal.
